Thoracic Mobility (60min)

A gentle rinse for the mid back along with some upper body mobility work that you wouldn't typically encounter in your regular movement practices. Grab a chair, block and bolster or pillow to help you get the most out of this class.

Chair Yoga (30min)

A gentle all levels practice using a chair to help assist in our movement. This session focuses on thoracic spine mobility as well as opening the hips.

Active Rest (36min)
Gentle Movement | Intermediate
A great class for our runners, trail walkers or active outdoor yogis. Find a release, without the long holds that a YIN practice provides. We focus on a lot of lower body release and a little bit of upper body love. Grab two blocks if you have them (books work too!)

This practice is all about bringing a deeper awareness of where our skull lands in space when we move. Grab a block and get ready to release some tension in this focused neck practice.
