Today we explore both ends of the physical experience during our practice. This class includes a lot of side body opening and is a well balanced practice.

Today we work through postures that help to open the heart, shoulders and hips. Our spiritual focus is setting the intention that you are open and willing to receive, this is a powerful way to signal the mind and collective energy around you that you are ready for abundance.
Baseline (35min)
Yoga with weights | Intermediate
Grab a yoga block (or book) and a light weight (or get creative with something around the house). Today we focus on improving the baseline of our core connection and overall strength. This class has some fun variations of my favourite yoga postures with the added bonus of some extra weight during the movements.
Happy Hips (41min)

A smooth paced class that will challenge the glutes to stay engaged for stability. We work to find a deep release for the cells and let go of any emotional pain that may be stuck within the body.
Room for One (33min)

A mid or end of day practice to create space for YOU, and you only! This is a well balanced practice for the upper and lower body. Take some time to be in your element as you open the body for healing.
House Undivided (33min)

A fun block style practice that brings us back into our foundation, back into the space within the body that supports us throughout life.
Ignite & Align (55min)

A yoga experience to help you deepen the connection with your mind, body and soul. The class will consist of journalling, breathwork and a core inspired movement practice to ignite the fire within.
