Welcome! If you’re new to yoga or haven’t been on the mat in awhile I recommend that you start your journey by taking in the class list below. Embrace your movement, learn what works for your body and where you need to modify or gather some support. I’m here for you if you have any questions along your journey.

Yoga Basics (6 classes)
Beginner Collection
This program is designed to help you build your yoga practice from the ground up. I recommend that you do your best to take in 2 classes per week until the series is complete.

Grounded (60min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
Let’s connect to the feeling of being grounded and supported in our experience. What does it feel like to be at home in your body? We play with postures that keep us close to the earth.

Low Back Lov’n (48min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
A class to help relieve tension in and around the lumbar spine (low back). We work to release fascia and move from strengthening to stretching out the muscles.

Present Moment (58min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
We kick off this practice with breathwork and a guided present moment meditation. Our movement is structured around glute strength and shoulder mobility.

Lengthen & Release (49min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
A gentle mobility class that mixes in a few longer holds to help the body receive an extra release. Grab a strap, blocks and/or bolster and pillow for a supportive experience.

Check- In (48min)

Let's check in with the body and mind as we explore different range of motions for our hips and shoulders.

Full Experience (60min)

An accessible mobility practice that caters to the entire body (yahoo!). Can you be aware of how you're feeling without being completely consumed by it?

Posture is Everything (42min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
Let's break it down...posture is the most important staple of our practice. Without knowing how to navigate to neutral we will never really get to soak in the physical benefits of our practice.

Chair Yoga (30min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
A gentle all levels practice using a chair to help assist in our movement. This session focuses on thoracic spine mobility as well as opening the hips.
